4/23 - 4/27  Advanced Art - continuing on independent paintings, due date on 4/26.  Sketchbook due 4/23.

2D/3D ART -- students are working on choice of food still life, or portrait paintings.  They are due at the end of the week.   Sketchbooks due on 4/23.

Wearable Art -- continuing on independent jewelry project.  Students need to decide on which pieces to enter CNC competition.  Altered books due 4/23.

ART I -- Watercolor painting this week, investigation of non-objective design through watercolor techniques.  Sketchbooks due 4/23.

Art I 4/16-4/20

Art I students will be finishing up on the watercolor still life painting which was started last week.   We will engage in non-objective painting after finishing the still life.  Sketchbook over an American Artist due Monday 23rd.

Wearable Art 4/16-4/20

Continue working on jewelry piece.   Altered book assignment over an American Artist.  Sketch and critique due next Monday.

2D/3D Art 4/16- 4/20

Students continue to work on color assignment.   Sketchbook this week is over an American Artist of their choice.  Due next Monday!

Advanced Art 4/16-4/20

Working on painting projects this week, which are due on the 26th.    Planning and painting window display in Pittsburg after school for the Art Walk on the 27th.

Adv. Art 4/9-4/13

Continue planning for Memorial Auditorium reception on April 23rd.   Students begin working on painting on Tuesday!

Wearable Art 4/9-4/13

Students are working on choice pieces and will turn in Altered books if they have not done so yet covering designs for PMC and choice project.

2D/3D Art 4/9-4/13

Students need to bring 3 photos on Tues either of portraits or food content - images must be original, not taken from the internet!    We will discuss images and select one for painting.  Students will choose media and begin to work compositions on Tuesday, working each day this week on painting/or color drawing.

Art I 4/9-4/13

Watercolor demo on Mon-Tues.   Students need to bring paint palette for points by the end of the week.  We will begin watercolor landscape painting on Tuesday and paint for the remainder of the week.
